My passion for Mindfulness began in 2002, when I participated in Jon Kabat-Zinn's MBSR program. Since then, I have continued to delve deeper into mindfulness practices and techniques, specializing in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programs, completing a Master's Degree in Mindfulness.
My deep sensitivity to compassion and mindfulness toward our higher self, eventually led me to obtain certification as a Trained Teacher for Mindful Self-Compassion and Teacher in Training for Mindful Self-Compassion for adolescents at the Center of Mindful Self-Compassion in San Diego, California where I further deepened my practice by taking the Fierce Self-Compassion course.
My personal mission, as a highly sensitive person, is to promote greater awareness and compassion toward self and others through the practices of Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion. I am committed to helping people access their deep inner world, where our resources reside, and through which we are all meant to grow and realize ourselves step by step toward that spark of universal love and connection.
