Metamorfosi

The term metamorphosis is of Greek origin and means mutation, transformation or change. The method involves gentle reflexology of the feet and reflex zones of the hands, head and back. It was the English naturopath and reflexologist Robert St. John (1914-1966) who originated this technique. After observing his patients he came to the conclusion that their difficulties could be traced back to the natal experience and before. On these assumptions he developed his own healing method, initially known as prenatal therapy, which influences personal experiences before and up to birth. The method proposes an evolutionary and integrative process for physical and mental disorders, aiming to release tensions created during the mentioned period. It is a non-invasive, very pleasant method with positive effects, suitable for every person even in difficult states of health.
